Methods of Payment

Within the United States:

Credit Cards are the most acceptable method of payment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. For cards that are drawn on an account, your billing may have to be split over several days since some accounts have limits on the daily amounts. We will contact you directly if that occurs.

PayPal is also available. To make your purchase using PayPal, after selecting your items, please choose PayPal as the method of payment at the beginning of the cart.

Note:
WHEN free shipping is offered on a particular product then free shipping applies to addresses within the contiguous 48 states only. All other addresses will have additional charges applied. Free shipping is not offered on all Sparks Toyota-Scion products.

For orders outside the 48 contiguous United States:

Bank Wire Transfers are available for larger amounts.

When free shipping is indicated on an item it only applies to addresses within the contiguous 48 states.

Return Policy

Returns of the following will not be accepted or credited:

• Special order parts
• Discontinued parts
• Parts with no invoice copy. 
• Electrical parts that have been opened or installed. 
• Parts that have been installed, damaged, or parts that show signs of tampering or alterations.
• Parts that are not in saleable and useable condition. 
• Parts that are missing any installation pieces or paperwork. 
• Parts that do not have the original part number tag, original container, or original packing material.

A 15% restocking fees will be applied to the following if the parts are accepted for return:

• Parts that are more than 30 days old.
• Unopened and uninstalled Electrical parts.

Any arrangements apart from those listed above, will be made at the sole discretion of the Sparks Toyota/Scion management.

Shipping

In most cases, parts are available quite readily.  However, delays can be incurred with Japan sourced parts and with sports parts in general.  It is recommended that you inquire about availability if you need items in an unusually short period of time.

All orders are shipped with a Signature Required unless otherwise specified in the Special Instructions section of the shopping cart. Customer assumes full responsibility for delivery and condition of merchandise on 'no signature' deliveries. Any packages that arrive damaged must be claimed in the presence of the delivery driver upon receipt. Damage claims must be presented within 3 days of receipt.

When orders are received before 3:00PM EST, 'IN STOCK' parts ship out the same day. Most shipments are made using UPS and their U.S. shipping schedules are as follows:

  UPS Shipping Policies:
View estimated transit time for ground services.

Next Day Air shipments are guaranteed, by UPS, to arrive the business day after they are sent.

2nd Day Air shipments are guaranteed, by UPS, to arrive the second business day after they are sent by the end of business. Parts being shipped out on a Monday, for example, would arrive the following Wednesday by the end of the day. However, a part shipped out on a Thursday would not arrive until the following Monday.

3 Day Select shipments are guaranteed, by UPS, to arrive the third business day after they are sent by the end of business. Parts being shipped out on a Monday, for example, would arrive the following Thursday by the end of the day. However, a part shipped out on a Thursday would not arrive until the following Tuesday.

Ground shipments are not guaranteed to arrive in a particular number of days, although, most times, they arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

Orders from other countries may vary in procedure and expense so it is recommended that customers contact us in advance of ordering.

  FedEx Shipping Policies:

Standard Overnight shipments are guaranteed, by FedEx, to arrive the next business day after they are sent by 3:00 PM. Parts being shipped out on a Friday will arrive at most U.S. locations on Saturday.

2nd Day Air shipments are guaranteed, by FedEx, to arrive the second business day after they are sent by the end of business. Parts being shipped out on a Monday, for example, would arrive the following Wednesday by the end of the day. However, a part shipped out on a Friday would not arrive until the following Tuesday.

Express Saver shipments are guaranteed, by FedEx, to arrive the third business day after they are sent by the end of business. Parts being shipped out on a Monday, for example, would arrive the following Thursday by the end of the day. However, a part shipped out on a Friday would not arrive until the following Wednesday.

Special Note

Parts on the Sparks Toyota-Scion Performance Parts website are made for U.S. spec vehicles and may or may not fit vehicles which are produced for other countries.
